Abstract: Informed commentary for leaders of the profession regarding 3 meta-events: the implementation ICDM-11 in the USA with the paradigm shift in the management of chronic pain which recognises the failure of the pharmaceutical model and the ascendancy of the biopsychosocial model; the best practice for the chiropractic management of chronic pain; and tele-health.
