Knowledge development is synonymous with the ongoing tasks of educators ‘to develop, conserve and impart understanding and develop capability’
About this learning program
The Chiropractor-Academic Learning program is based on earning Digital Certificates by completing a suite of Digital Badges to signify your attainment in a series of microcredentials. A microcredential is a discreet packet of learning on a specific theme with several topics, the completion of which earns a Digital Badge.
You may complete as many Digital Badges as you like but to earn a Certificate you must complete the 5 nominated Digital Badges of that Digital Certificate.
Within the university and higher education sector, the attainment of Badges and Certificates in one's fields of teaching and supervision is helpful to support academic progression to a higher pay rate.
Within the Transnational Curriculum the 'The Academic Mindset' Digital Certificate is preferred to be held by all applicants for an academic role within the delivery of the curriculum. As with most Digital Certificates, it requires completion of 5 Digital Badges.
This learning can be studied in the language of your choice, selected from the Dropdown menu at the top of each webpage, and you may submit your assessments in the language of your choice. Comprehension of English is required for some readings.

About Digital Badges
Each Badge is a microcredential gathering about 5 topics. Each topic contains reading and you can either make notes using your device's inbuilt function to highlight and mark-up key points, or do as we recommend and take a trip to a stationary store and buy yourself a really nice notepad and pen; keep these at your side to capture your divergent thoughts and interpretations as you read through the learning objects.
On successful completion, earning >50% for a topic's formative 'self assurance' work, you will earn a Digital Badge in the topic of that microcredential.
When all microcredentials in any one Certificate grouping are completed, you can complete the summative assessment to earn a Digital Certificate in the collected title of that grouping of microcredentials.
